Rachel Moreno: Passionate about where you live and how you live.

This is Rachel’s number one goal. For years, Rachel has served her community and beyond with her health and wellness passion. This desire to help her clients live their best lives includes where they live, building their dreams, and helping to create a synergistic life.

Rachel moved to the Conejo Valley in 1980 and has been her home ever since, apart from moving to Nevada, Las Vegas to attend UNLV. During that time, Rachel earned her BS degree in Sports and Recreation while working at some of the best-known Las Vegas hotels such as Treasure Island, The Mirage, and Boulder Station. After graduation and moving back to the Conejo Valley, Rachel began working for HBO in affiliate marketing. Upon marriage and starting a family, she chose to stay home and focus on family, while diving deeper into her fitness and wellness passion. Over the years, Rachel continued with her education, earning her master's degree in nutrition as well as obtaining her real estate license. The desire to become a real estate agent stems from the inspiration her mother gave her, who has been an agent for more than 20 years.

In addition to her dedication to serving her real estate clients, Rachel continues to serve her fitness and nutrition clients at a local Pilates studio in Westlake Village. Her hobbies include attending dance classes, training at the gym, practicing Pilates and yoga, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Rachel’s husband is a long-time residential builder in the area and her daughter is now attending college in San Luis Obispo.
